Practical application is where the magic happens so the learning is a great balance of theory and practise. It's pretty straight forward.

2 day workshop, conducted online or in person
Groups of 4 or fewer
Learn to read and interpret Map reports
Analyse real case studies to identify motivation patterns
Practise delivering feedback and coaching conversations with expert guidance
3. After
Complete a practical 'confirmation of learning' (not a test!)
Present your analysis of a Map profile with supportive feedback
Receive your ISO certification
